RMC Authorized Service and Support Activities
The service and support of your machine shop equipment is extremely
important. RMC has a staff of highly trained technicians to resolve any
problem and answer any question you have about your machine. RMC
knows the successful operation of your shop is dependant upon prompt,
professional service and repair.
Warranties - New Equipment
RMC offers a one year parts and labor warranty on all new equipment. All
warranty work must be performed by (or in accordance with RMC technicians
instructions). Unauthorized repairs or substitution of parts will void the warranty.
Defective parts must be returned to avoid additional charge.
Warranties - Used Equipment
Unless otherwise stated in writing, RMC offers no warranty on used equipment sold by RMC. Used equipment is sold on an "as is - where is" basis. We urge customers interested in purchasing a used machine to visit RMC to see and inspect it prior to purchase.

Making the purchase decision is just the first step to a successful high performance machine shop operation. Proper setup of the equipment and training for you and your staff is essential to get you up and running as fast as possible with a minimum of hassles. RMC stocks a wide range of replacement parts for our machines. If we don't have an item in stock, we can expedite the shipment of just about any repair part from our factories in
Italy if necessary. Normal delivery (UPS) from Europe is two to four
working days. There is an additional charge for 2 day express delivery.
