The 2008 PRI Trade Show in Orlando...

We are already hard at work preparing for the upcoming 2008 PRI Show in Orlando.  Be sure to mark December 11th through the 13th on your calendar as days to be in Orlando for another exciting visit to Machinery Row at the PRI Show!

... Thanks to the 2007 PRI Show and the Speed Channel, we (well actually one of our CNC Machines) made it on TV!  The Speed Channel aired a show earlier this year highlighting the 2007 PRI Show and Machinery Row ... below is a brief clip of that segment ...

The 2007 PRI Show was held on December 4-6th of last year. This show was a truely amazing success.  RMC closed well over $1,250,000 worth of business at the PRI show which is a new company record for Trade Show sales.  Headlining the list of systems sold were two more of RMC's V50HP Head Porting System Sales.  Altogether, we found homes for 16 new RMC machines.  It was an extremely exciting ending of yet another exciting and challenging year at RMC.

We want to thank you and our entire customer base for your continued support of RMC products.  We especially want to thank the 16 newest owners of RMC machines for entrusting us with their engine building/rebuilding needs.

The V50HP System provides full head porting capability at a fraction of the cost of other high end CNC machine systems. Accommodating all of the most popular performance heads, this new and completely integrated system includes virtually everything a serious high performance head porting operation needs to hit the ground running - no 6 to 12 month startup and developement period.  RMC's successful system package is up and running at numerous customer sites in the USA and Canada.

That's right, you won't be the first customer to buy RMC's Head Porting System and you won't spend a fortune to help some vendor learn by trial and error what may or may not work ...

Not at RMC!

Here's what you get with the System ...
" RMC's V50HP Machining Center

"  High speed machining with ultimate rigidity

"  Highly repeatable and accurate Nikken rotary tables

"  RMC's specially designed head porting/machining fixturing system

"  RMC's Head Porting CNC Programs

"  Third party Master Cam software Package

"  Ability to create a finished head from a raw casting

Five plus years in development, only RMC combines a powerful CNC Machining Center with all the fixturing, tooling and software you need to meet and exceed the high standards that your professional head porting customers demand. And, like all RMC CNC Engine Machining Centers, it can do a whole lot more ... including the wide variety of other head and block work operations that the RMC Series of CNC Machines have become very well known for.

And don't be fooled by those that pretend they too offer CNC Machine Centers ,,, but then waste more of your time explaining why you don't need standard CNC operating control.  It's too complicated to use they claim ... as they try to convince you to trust them and run on an operating ststem best know for it's blue screen of death!  Do you want your customers $20,000 block in the machine when the blue sceen of death appears?

At RMC, you know you don't have to worry about that.  RMC uses real CNC Machining Centers with tried and true accuracy and bullet proff dependability that is known and trusted the world over.

The 2006 AERA Trade Show in Indianapolis took place last August.  We displayed our CNC Machines as well as our Line Boring and Surface Milling Machines.  Once again, the attendees packed our booth throughout the show.  While this show may have lacked the attendance of years past, RMC was pleased with the overall response to our products and was proud to display them along side the rest of the Sunnen line.

The 2005 PRI Trade Show in Orlando took place in December 2005.  We showed off all of our CNC Machines in force.  The RMC V20, V30, V40 and V50 as well as our Crankgrinder, Line Boring Machine, Power Stroke Hones and more.  The crowds really packed our booth throughout the show.  This was  the first show we attended in conjunction with our new marketing arm, Sunnen.

The show went off extremely well and we delivered a record number of both Robbi and CNC machines to new and existing customers in 2006.

The 2005 AERA Trade Show was held in Las Vegas.  We showed off our CNC Machines - the V20, V30 and V40 to packed crowds throughout the show.  We hope you had a chance to attend, but if not, we've got more information, just give us a call or email, we will try to get you the information you need as soon as possible.
